Peace Out, 2012!

It snowed yesterday

IMG_0355IMG_0358and today is pretty cold too, fitting for the end of the year. I can’t believe it is December 30th already, although I can’t say I will be so sad to see 2012 ending. I am hoping for a much healthier 2013 for everyone. On that note, I had a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy (both recently listed as one the Top 10 Things To Do During Winter Vacation), and the results were pretty promising. Next week, I get to drink barium and have doctors look at the rest of my digestive tract! Fun! Games!

Actually fun and games was really what went on here the past two weeks with a steady stream of visitors: Pop, Ella, Auntie Lizie, Nana, and Nini all stopped by to spread the holiday cheer. We spread some holiday illness in return, about which people were very kind.

Here are some pics from all the festivities:

Happy last days of 2012 (and congrats on surviving the Mayan apocalypse)! I hope 2013 is a healthy, happy, magical year for you and your loved ones!
